To secure your spot, a deposit is required

To secure a booking, a non-refundable booking fee is required, as detailed on the invoice. This fee is deducted from the total booking cost. Your date is not secure until we receive the booking fee. No dates will be held without it. The booking fee is non-refundable, regardless of cancellations due to relationship issues, financial reasons, family matters, health pandemics, regulatory changes, weather events, travel restrictions, or venue closures. Bookings are based on the information provided, so please ensure accuracy. Invoices will not be reduced after the booking fee is paid. If a party member cancels, they can be replaced by someone else. If the event date changes, Jennah Brides will transfer your booking to the new date if available. Otherwise, the refund policy will apply, as the original date was reserved for your event.

The balance is due 1 month before the service date

Payment is due one month before the service date and must be cleared into Jennah Brides’ account unless otherwise arranged. Services will not be provided if payment is not cleared on time

Health and Safety

Jennah Brides is not responsible for any allergic reactions to the products used. It is up to the clients to notify Jennah Brides in advance if they or any members of their group have known sensitivities and allergies.

Delays caused by the client

A delay caused by the client may incur additional charges of up to $100 per hour.

Extra Charges

Extra charges for early start ( before 7:00AM) and parking fee may be applied.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation, the following terms apply:

More than 90 days:  50% of the deposit is refundable.

Less than 90 days: The deposit is non-refundable.

Less than 2 weeks: 100% of the total service fee is due.

Cancellations must be communicated in writing via email and will be confirmed upon receipt. The booking fee is non-refundable, regardless of notice period or reason, due to administrative costs and potential loss of other bookings.

If Jennah Brides cancels the appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, the deposit will be fully refunded to the client.
